Great help if you are relocating with children and so schools are important to you. You can search/map schools by ofsted rating and also check train commute times.

Thanks for the link it was really helpful and saved me quite a lot of time. I've still got to try and open a bank account prior to my arrival, does anyone know if this is possible or would I need to be in the UK to open it?
